Contestants MUST live or go to school in Rock Island County and meet the age requirements below:

​

• Little Miss: ages 7-9 (as of July 12, 2026) limited to 10 contestants

• Junior Miss: ages 11-14 (as of July 12, 2026)

• Queen: ages 16-21 (as of July 12, 2026 and has not reached her 22nd birthday by January 1, 2027)
