Admission to the fairgrounds is FREE for all ages throughout fair week until 8:00 PM when a $5 entry fee begins.

Rock Island County Fair has a "no bag" policy. Bags will no longer be permitted in the fairgrounds, with the exception of small clutch purses no larger than 5" x 7". Clear bags of larger size are not permitted. Small diaper bags are permitted when entering with a child, and bags for medical purposes are also permitted. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Outside food and beverage, excluding clear water bottles, may not be brought into the fairgrounds
Knives, weapons, explosives, and any materials deemed harmful are not permitted within the fairgrounds
